Medical Director
Renowned for his aesthetic results, Dr. Horn helps his patients achieve their appearance goals by combining experience, talent, and the highest quality medical care. Although Dr. Michael Horn is most well known for his perfected breast augmentation surgery, his services include abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift, rhinoplasty, liposuction, and a comprehensive range of plastic surgery options, as well as non-surgical services like BOTOX® Cosmetic, laser hair removal, and vein treatments.
Dr. Horn earned his medical degree at Loyola University in Chicago. He completed a general surgery residency with the Medical College of Wisconsin and subspecialty training in plastic surgery with a second residency at Loyola University. Dr. Michael Horn is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Chicago Society of Plastic Surgeons. As a premier Chicago-area breast augmentation and enlargement surgeon, he is committed to providing exclusive care tailored to each patient’s needs. He ensures a comfortable and pleasant experience from beginning to end and makes himself fully available throughout the process to address patient questions and concerns.

With more than 10,000 breast augmentation surgeries performed during his career of more than 23 years, Dr. Horn is known in the Chicagoland area as the authority on breast augmentation.
Aesthetic Injector
After working in an ICU for 11 years, Nicole made the transition to aesthetic nurse injector. The attention to detail she learned in the ICU has given her the ability to apply that skill artistically to treatments on her patients. She aims to educate her patients and provide them with the tools needed to reach their aesthetic goals. Nicole is passionate about her field and loves to help her patients look and feel beautiful. When you look good, you feel good! Nicole prides herself on providing treatments that yield natural-looking, stunning results.
Aesthetic Injector
Cassie is a familiar face in our office. She spent eight years as our Botox, Juvederm & Voluma representative. Cassie loved facial aesthetics so much that she pursued her Nursing licensure to perform the procedures herself and work directly with patients to help them achieve their beauty goals. While in school, she assisted us with our practice marketing, promotions, and patient experience. She is now a certified nursing professional, and we are happy to welcome her back to the practice as one of our aesthetic providers.
Cassie enjoys assisting patients in making subtle yet impactful changes to their facial appearance to help them look like the best version of themselves. She is also a retired make-up artist, so don’t be surprised if she offers you a pop of color to sport on your way out of the office post-procedure.
Aesthetician and Laser Technician
Understanding the frustration of problematic skin from her teenage years, Irina is passionate about helping her clients achieve their unique skincare goals. A native of Moscow, Russia, Irina studied business management before pursuing her true passion for skincare. After graduating from school for aesthetics in 2007, Irina focused on the medical side of aesthetics, gaining experience with a med spa and plastic surgeon.
Her love for aesthetics continues to grow in an ever-changing industry. Irina prides herself on continually expanding her knowledge to include the latest advances in skincare technology. Her primary goal is to address both the needs and concerns of each client, from custom facials to chemical peels and Microneedling. Irina understands the need to educate each client on their treatment so they feel comfortable and informed.
She has extensive experience with multiple lasers and administering deep laser treatments like Profractional Lasers, C02 Lasers, and MicroLaser Peels. Irina also has years of experience with laser hair removal, as well as scar and vein treatments. She also enjoys working with body contouring devices, from radiofrequency for skin tightening to ultrasound for fat destruction. It’s essential to love what you do, and Irina prides herself on providing state-of-the-art skincare technology integrated with her passion for customizing skincare to achieve optimal results.
Patient coordinator
Maritza works alongside Dr. Horn as our bilingual Patient Coordinator. She is also an Internal Ambassador, representing Dr. Horn’s astounding cosmetic work in breast augmentation.
She comes from an extensive five-year background in customer service/practice management in the dental industry and a Cosmetology background with certifications in lash extensions. Maritza strategically combines all of her skills and applies them to our practice to cater to our valued patient’s needs. Maritza plays an essential role in our office, serving as a unique liaison between Dr. Horn and his patients. Her patient approach is by leading through patient education. She is pleased to share her cosmetic journey with every patient to answer any questions and ensure that patients are confident in moving forward with surgery. Maritza is fascinated and highly passionate about the world of plastics and looks forward to meeting new patients.
Patient Coordinator
As a patient coordinator, Quini is there right next to you throughout your journey and transformation. From the moment you walk into our facility up until your post-operative surgical care, she will be there to help guide you and keep the whole experience fun and interactive.
Quini comes from an extensive background in communications and media. She got her Masters in Communication from Loyola University and was a news reporter for CNN/NBC network. She was initially hired as our Media Coordinator and switched to the coordinator position. She became more and more passionate about getting involved with patients to help them through the surgical process. Quini can apply her communication skills to the job and feels she is a part of the patient’s journey.

Patient Coordinator
Jessica joined Michael Horn Plastic Surgery & Med Spa in 2018 as a Patient Coordinator and is excited to work with patients. She has previous experience in this role working in plastic surgery for nearly three years in Nashville, Tennessee.
Jessica supports the care of our patients by assisting each individual through any of our cosmetic procedures starting from their first consultation date through surgery. Her professionalism, dedication to the patient experience, and extensive knowledge within the industry allow her to provide the patient with utmost care and comfort through any procedure. Her exceptional aptitude for building rapport with patients will ensure their time in our office is warm and customized to every individual specifically. Jessica also participates in virtual consultations with patients under the guidance of Dr. Michael Horn. Jessica relocated from Charleston, South Carolina, with her husband Scott and dog Winston. In her free time, Jessica enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and traveling.
Patient Liaison
With nearly ten years of cosmetic surgery and aesthetic industry experience, Alisa rejoined Dr. Horn’s team in 2020, currently serving as a Patient Coordinator.
In her role, Alisa helps patients understand various cosmetic procedures and treatments, performs patient consultations and helps guide patients through the surgical process. In addition, she has a real passion for helping patients feel their best with a procedure or treatment that fits their goals. Alisa began her career in the field of cosmetic surgery with Dr. Horn back in 2012. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, two, soon to be three, children, exercising and shopping with her friends.
